ABOUT BE-EEIG
The European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) was the first corporate form under European law, the establishment of the BE-EEIG has resulted in various advantages for victims.
An EEIG offers its members, which consist of companies, legal entities or natural persons based in different EU countries, the opportunity to act as a closed association and to operate across borders.
As a legal entity, it can thus represent the interests of its members across national borders, in addition it has the advantage over third parties that they no longer have to deal with individual victims, but only with one legal entity,
In our case the BE-EEI, as a European Economic Interest Grouping, the BE-EEIG can support and provide assistance to victims of fraud, such as MLM companies, scams, crypto traps or other fraud schemes.
